This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the Mindspo App and related content and services (collectively, the "Application," "App," or "Services") provided by Mindspo Retreats LLC and Rochelle Fox LLC, both organized under the laws of Wyoming, USA (collectively referred to as "Mindspo," "we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, creating an account, accessing, or otherwise using the Application in any way, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Application.

Mindspo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Application on compatible devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use only.

This Agreement applies regardless of how you access the Application — including through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, a web browser, or any other distribution method approved by Mindspo.

You must comply with any applicable terms and conditions of the app store or platform through which you obtained the Application.

The Mindspo App and all related content are provided for informational, educational, and self-development purposes only.

They are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, and are not a substitute for professional care, diagnosis, or treatment.

You acknowledge and agree that:

By using the Application, you voluntarily release and hold harmless Mindspo Retreats LLC, Rochelle Fox LLC, and all employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use or misuse of the content or Services.

Mindspo App provides a free trial period to allow users to evaluate the service before purchasing a subscription. Once the trial period ends and a payment is processed, all fees are non-refundable, except where refunds are required under Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.

For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, all billing, cancellations, and refund requests must be managed directly through the respective platform.

Users who subscribe through the Mindspo web app may manage or cancel their subscription within the app at any time.

If you experience any issues related to access, billing, or cancellation, please contact appsupport@mindspo.com for assistance.

We may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Application at any time without notice. We are not liable if the Application or any feature becomes unavailable temporarily or permanently.

You are responsible for keeping your device and the Application updated to the latest version.

You may have opportunities to upload, post, or share content ("User Content") within the App.

By submitting User Content, you grant Mindspo a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, display, adapt, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and improving the Services.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to share this content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of others or violate any laws.

We reserve the right to remove or moderate User Content that we consider inappropriate, harmful, or unlawful.

All intellectual property in the Application and its content (including text, graphics, audio, video, and software) is owned or licensed by Mindspo Retreats LLC and Rochelle Fox LLC.

You are granted no rights other than the limited license explicitly described in this Agreement.

The Application and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Mindspo makes no representations or warranties that:

Your use of the Application is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mindspo Retreats LLC, Rochelle Fox LLC, and their affiliates, directors, officers, and employees will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application or Services.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the Application in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Mindspo Retreats LLC, Rochelle Fox LLC, their affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or by Mindspo.

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by deleting the Application from your devices. Mindspo may terminate or suspend your access at any time if you violate these terms or if required by law.

Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately end.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute or claim arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, USA. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
